What Ask Alex Can Do

You can access Ask Alex from anywhere in the platform. That’s where you can ask Alex follow-up questions about candidates, their responses, or your jobs. Alex has access to:

• Candidate score reports
• Interview transcripts
• Candidate resumes (if attached)
• Job descriptions
• Job and interview analytics
• Overall candidate pipelines and stats

The chat history is unique to each user.

Example Questions You Can Ask

You might ask Alex:

• What did the candidate mention about their past experience that’s most relevant to this role?
• Can you summarize how the candidate described their approach to doing this type of work?
• What examples did the candidate share that reflect their motivation or attitude?
• How did the candidate speak about working with others or collaborating on a team?
• What are the strongest signs that the candidate would be a good fit for this position?
• Did the candidate say anything that raises concerns or would warrant a closer look?
• Can you give me a summary of all my open jobs and their completion rates?

These types of questions are especially helpful when you want a second opinion or a quick summary before deciding to shortlist or reject.

Limitations

Ask Alex is not a comparison tool. It does not have access to other candidates’ data or overall benchmarks. It’s designed to help you interpret a single candidate’s score report with more clarity and confidence. Alex cannot view or analyze the interview video - her insights are based solely on the score report, job description, resume (if available), and question content.
